Objective

The client approached Kody Technolab with the purpose of creating a packers and movers mobile app that is a complete package. Easy sign up process for customers was just the beginning.

The intention was to create an app that allows the customer to not only choose a preferred moving time but also give options in payment methods and provides them with a fare calculator.

Problem

Usually a detailed sign up process reduces the interest of customers in using the mobile app.

Usually the packers and movers app allows users to choose their convenient time of moving, but providing them with a wide range of payment options turned out to be a challenge.

Impact

An easy sign up process increased the number of users with time. Its not necessary that all customers are willing to pay in cash for the services. People are prone to using different kinds of payment methods.

Availability of payment options made the app increasingly popular amongst the users. Furthermore, the option of fare calculator enabled the users to get an estimate of the total expense that will be incurred in the entire process.
