Online Food Ordering

Objective

The client’s aim to launch the online food delivery app was to provide the end user with their favourite food at the doorstep and that too at pocket friendly prices.

The customer should be able to order all times of the day and scroll through the entire menu cards of their favourite restaurants. So, basically make sure that the hunger cravings are satisfied at all times.

Problem

The application required accurate delivery time estimates, the customer’s location and the delivery center.

Moreover, the client required a fine set of features that will manage online orders payment easily. Also, requirement of tools that made searching and filtering process of food items extremely simple.

Impact

With the implementation of delivery time estimates, more and more users preferred the app because they knew the time of arrival.

Ease of online payments gave users the option of their preferred choice of payment. Thus, user convenience was given importance over other things. Easy to use search and filter option of food items increased the user friendliness of the app making it more popular.
