Brown Bag
Brown Bag is an on-demand liquor delivery mobile app to enable its users to order alcohol from a range of wine, spirits, and beer whenever and wherever they want as most people don’t prefer to visit a store and pick up their choice of alcohol.
Project Idea
The project idea was to provide the app users optimum convenience in ordering their favorite alcohol at their preferred location.
Target Audience
The app belongs to the general category so almost anybody can use this alcohol delivery service app. The only condition is that the user should be more than 21 years of age.
Project Challenges
- Detecting the current location of the user
- Minimum order amount & free delivery amount management in cart
- Show liquor shops as per the delivery area
Solution
We crafted a mobile app that not only customized the search results as per their delivery location but also helped them check the status of pending deliveries.
Planning

- Real-time order tracking
- Flexible pickup & delivery schedule
- Cost calculator

- Inputs from the design team
- Brainstorming sessions with Android & iOS team
- A rough draft of project requirements

- Final requirement document
- UI/UX design
- App testing plan

User persona
It does not matter whether the celebration is big or small liquor was, is, and will be the prime requirement for any occasion, party, or ceremony. Some people do have a habit of consuming at least a single pack daily. So, before start prototyping for an on-demand Liquor delivery app, we had to learn different buyers’ demand and behavior towards buying liquor.

Bartosz Oler
About
“You Only Live Once” is Bartosz’s life quote. He loves to travel in different cities of the USA and click moments in his high profile camera. He parties hard with his friends and with whiskey. Bartosz and friends like to take out beer and alcohol to their destination. They don’t prefer to enjoy in the bar and rather at any outdoor place.
Once upon a time, Bartosz went to a club in San Francisco to buy his favorite beer, Coors Light for the party, and could not reach on time due to some work hurdles. Till the time he reached the club, the beer was sold out. He thought if he had installed an on-demand liquor delivery app like Drizly on his phone, he could have delivered the Coors Light at his workplace in advance. This incident made Bartosz make purchases for alcohol through mobile apps. Wherever he visits any new city, he looks for a native liquor delivery app and installs it first.

Delilah Alves
About
Delilah is a fun-loving apartment manager at LA. She is very clever and handles all the responsibilities single-handedly. She has a sister to take care of, and multiple migrates who live in her apartment. When it comes to liquor, Delilah loves to explore new beers. When she tries something new, she prefers to buy a can at first.
Delilah goes to the bar often on the weekends. However, for her daily one glass of beer, she keeps stock at home and some extra for any sudden guests. She doesn’t like to carry bottles or cans to home, so she always orders and gets delivered at her apartment.
Previously, she used to order from the bar only over call or so. But ever since she knows about such liquor delivery apps, she is using apps for a while. She discovers it easy to explore anything new even from liquor stores where she could not be able to go with online payment systems.
