Objective

The client had a few clear priorities while approaching us for developing his online food ordering app.

Some of the priorities were impressive menu navigation, customized search and filter, quick call for varied services, loyalty and rewards etc were some of the things that needed to be incorporated in the mobile app.

Problem

As the app is supposed to be used for multiple restaurants, a robust backend architecture was required to manage end to end data and process management.

In addition to this, the app was expected to function perfectly well in the rush hours. Ultimately, the goal was to provide an out of the box experience to the end user.

Impact

Solution for the above problems and client requirements was a native iOS/Android based app with a customized backend to manage complete details of the users.

UI/UX designs with a highly scalable architecture that is capable of handling increasing number of users. Some of the other features incorporated were aesthetically appealing display of dishes, analytics of the order pattern and customized search and filter option.
